I'm cooking for ten. I'm veggie and so are two others. 4 are kids and fussy -buggers-. I don't mind cooking meat as long as I don't have to handle it too much, but I'm not sure I can be bothered with a roast...

Any ideas (I like the 'big vat of chilli' type things, but I don't really like chilli!)?

Thanks in advance!

One big veggie toad in the hole and another meat one ? Then an assortment of easy to do veg and a nice big cheesy sweet potato mash Grin

Toad in the hole sounds brilliant to this veggie!

Otherwise, a load of meat and veggie sausages, rolls, fried onions, coleslaw, salad and lots of corn on the cob?

Pinkheart5915 · 21/03/2016 18:22

I'm liking the toad in the hole idea.
You could do curry a meat one and a sweet potatoe spinach and chickpea one some bread and rice people help themselves

Since suggesting the toad in the hole, I'm really craving it but I'm super pregnant with twins and can't roll out of bed to the kitchen Sad OP please make a practice veggie one and bring it to me Grin

plantsitter · 21/03/2016 18:47

Well I would, possum, but I'm terribly afraid I just can't be bothered!
