I asked a family member to buy fresh coriander and instead I have needed up with two jars of dried coriander.

I have tried googling "recipes with dried coriander" but no inspiration.

Any ideas?

I'd make compost: sounds revolting!

I use it in soups and curries. Hth.

Do you mean coriander seeds or freeze dried chopped coriander leaves? The seeds keep for years and years. If it's freeze dried leaves, just use them for flavouring in curries, surely?

Curries and soups.

In the same way as fresh, if it's cooked.
