any morrocan lamb recipes or any nice lamb recipes?

I've got some diced lamb thinking to do it morrocan style but I'd like a tried and tested recipes or any other nice Easy / slowcooker recipes are welcome.

Cinnamon
passata / chopped tomatoes
Harrisa seasoning (although maybe I need paste rather than seasoning? )
Honey
Various herbs n spices
olives
Chickpeas

My tried and tested Moroccan lamb dish is a tagine in the slow cooker. Throw in diced lamb, chopped onion, garlic, honey, halved dried apricots, can of chickpeas, Ras el hanout spice mix, chopped tomatoes and cubed butternut squash. I leave it all day then serve with couscous, feta and fresh coriander.

This Mary Berry recipe is one I use a lot, although I don't use cannellini beans, instead I use a tin of Heinz Five Beans -
