Bread in kenwood Cheffete

Sarahzzz · 10/03/2016 20:54

Has anyone been successful making bread with a Cheffete hm680? The kneeders seem to cut through the dough instead of wangling it round the bowl like my very (very) old enormous Kenwood (which makes very nice bread but needs a crane to get it out of the cupboard)

I am using the quantities suggested in the booklet that came with it.

Thanks

Yes, I have. I have made pizza dough as well as bread and they've turned out beautifully. The dough hooks were great at kneading. I put all the ingredients into the bowl and let dough hooks get on with it. I let them knead the dough for about 7 minutes, and then put it on to a floured surface and knead it by hand for a couple of minutes.
