Vegetables!

What are your favourite vegetable dishes? Side dishes or mains, I'm not fussy.

I have a particular love for green veg at the moment, I've discovered Jamie Oliver's bacon braised cabbage recipe and can't stop eating it.

I like:
Delia's Piedmont peppers
Bubble and squeak
Mashed potatoes and swede (together not separate)
Boulangere and dauphinois potatoes
Garlic mushrooms
Roasted meditteranean veg

To be honest there are loads - I'm quite happy with a bowl of plainly cooked broccoli - but I'm odd!

Creamed spinach
Cauliflower cheese
Green beans
Carrots with butter
Honey roast tomatoes

We love most veg here, but rarely touch fruit, I know most people have it the other way round.
