Planning to make this over the weekend.
Can I bung it all in the pudding basin I use for the Christmas pudding?

The dish in the picture on her website looks like a flat pudding dish but surely that doesn't have a 1.5 l capacity

Worked a treat and was bloody delicious! What an unlikely method but genius Grin

It's amazing, a bit of a leap of faith but works every time. We are in the USA and I was talking to dds orthodontist about it (the thing he remembered most about the uk was sticky toffee pudding). Next appointment I took him, his assistant and his receptionist a copy of that recipe and a tin of custard each, they were over the moon!

Fantastic. I've just looked this up and bookmarked it. It'll make a change from my default crumble.

Oh yes, and I make mine in a Pyrex pudding basin, not glamorous but everyone too busy eating to notice.

Willow1979 · 07/03/2016 19:13

How do I do that please

FetchezLaVache · 07/03/2016 19:17

Just under where it says Topics >> Food/Recipes, you'll see "Start new thread in this topic".
