I'm trying to bin less food each week. Could anyone give me ideas what to do with the little list below? It doesn't all have to be in one dish of course! And, obviously, whatever I do with them I don't want to spend 6 hours over a stove
. So here goes mners who have more of a clue about cooking than me:
- sweet peppers (6)
- carrots (already peeled and cut up) (8-10 small ones)
- onions (about 10 small ones)
- half a cucumber
