I have a brownie recipe that requires 3 eggs and I only have 2, is there anything else I can substitute it with eg milk? Help please!

Could you scale it down instead? You could use a couple of tablespoons of yoghurt. Your brownies might not rise as much but they'll be extra gooey.

Could I use yogurt and some baking powder maybe?
