I am home alone for a few days and fancy having some fun baking on the first day and making something relatively elaborate on the first day (I never get to bake much anymore) and then enjoying it for the next few days.
Something a bit more effort than a Victoria Sponge but preferably involving buttercream.
Any recommendations?
