sardines on toast. inspire me

I tip out onto toast put back under grill cover with pepper and vinegar.

Anything else I can do???

top with a bit of rocket or lambs lettuce?

Put a layer of sliced tomatoes under the sardines or a thin slice or two of cheese on top of the sardines.
Spread the toast with tapenade before grilling with the sardines.
