Veggie cook books

Does anyone have any good recommendations for family, everyday veggie cook books. Much as I love a good blog, I'd like some books.

We aren't veggie, just want to reduce our meat a lot. Only limitation is not lots of quorn/tofu (got Mary McCartney's book from the library and didn't like it for that).

Thanks in advance!

Leon - fast vegetarian
The meals actually take as long to make as they say they do and they are delicious

lastqueen - is the Leon book reasonably seasonal? I'd like to get DH a new veggie cookbook for his birthday (he'll like it, honest!), but we grow most of our own veg, so best with books that don't pair things that just don't come at the same time in the UK (I'm looking at you, Mr Ottolenghi)

I second the Broader Than Beans rec. Lots of really easy, friendly ideas.

Leon has a lot where one veg is the star. Vv good for growers I'd imagine
