Coconut cream ideas

I have about 400g of coconut cream leftover - what can I do with it? No curries - we've just had 2 days worth of chicken thai curry! Thanks!

You can use coconut milk to make rice pudding. If it's actually coconut cream you might want to thin it with some normal milk or water first though.

these are delicious and very easy to make. I also like them with passion fruit on top for a change.
