I don't suppose anyone can recommend me a book about cake decorating? My mum used to do the most amazing icing, lattice work, piping and writing, but I can barely squeeze it out of the nozzle. I know I should have paid more attention when she was alive, but it's only now that I'm thinking I should be able to do at least the basics, so any ideas would be nice. Thank You
