What to do with frozen fish fillets?

I just bought a whole load of ready frozen fish fillets from Tesco (cod and hake). They say to cook straight from frozen. Anyone got any great recipes I can use?

I always defrost first and then use as fresh

Fish stew - make the base first (onions, leeks, carrots, potatoes etc), then poke the frozen fillets into the base, cook gently until done.

Fish pie. Poach from frozen in milk, put to one side, use milk for white sauce.

Bake in the oven and then serve on top of vegetarian paella. Delicious.

You can make an incredible Tunisian fish soup with potato, fresh coriander, herbs, spices and normal stock cubes if u fancy.

Google Elizabeth David, Tunisian fish soup recipe.

Cook in then oven 'en papillotte' (wrapped in oiled foil or baking parchment) and topped with pesto / soft cheese / curry paste, teriyaki sauce etc and serve with rice, veg, or salad.

Do in a curry. Make up the curry base you like - Thai or Indian - then add the fillets to cook in the sauce.
