Wheat free&dairy free recipe

Does anyone please have a tried and tested wheat and dairy free cake recipe? DS's best friend is intolerant to both and I want to make something he can eat for DS's birthday party. Friend is ok with egg. I have bought Dove's GF flour and Vitalite. Thanks!

I made this last week, I did use butter but you could use coconut oil instead. Was really nice x

Thanks Nurse. I ended up making a chocolate beetroot cake which was amazing, you would never have known it was gf and dairy free.
