I usually use Noilly Prat in risotto. At the airport recently I saw a litre of Martini Bianco for 8€. It's horrible! I thought all white vermouth was the same but clearly not!
Then I bought some Lidl vermouth. Also vile... I have had the Lidl one before and it was great, but I think it's because this one is Bianco.
So now I have A LOT of Martini Bianco to use. What can I do with it? I loathe waste, but it tastes so sweet and herbal to drink so can't drink it!
