A couple of years later than everyone else I know, but I just came across the MN microwave cake.. didn't have all the ingredients in the house, so substituted 2 tbsp baileys for the milk and used spelt flour.. no jam because I'm too feeble to open the new jam jar ..cooked for 4 minutes in a 800w microwave.
Turned out pretty well.. may need to work out a recipe for some cognac / amaretto custard
