Smoked Gammon - do I need to soak it before I roast it?

I bought a 2.5kg smoked gammon from Sainsburys, and I want to roast it tomorrow.

Thing is, do I need to soak it before-hand?

What sort of glazes can I use?

It should say on the label.

If in doubt, put it in a pan and rinse it two or three times.
