Disaster with buttered brazils - what can I make with a pound of brazil nuts to go in chocolate boxes?

Goodness knows why it didn't work - it was Delia's buttered brazils recipe and I've never had a problem with any of her recipes before.

Sadly, the toffee stuff went really horrid and grainy and hard and I wasn't able to roll the brazils in th mixture. Now I have to fill the space they would have taken up in the chocolate boxes and have loads of brazils left over.

It would be good if it was more interesting than covering them with chocolate - wandered if anyone had any ideas/recipes for me?

if you spread the brazils out on baking trays and pour melted choc over them you can break it up into chunks once set (in the manner of peanut brittle), which looks a bit more interesting than plain choc-dipped nuts.

Toss with melted butter mixed with a bit of cinnamon, sugar and a pinch of salt, then toast on a sheet. Simply but yum.
