Hi Smile

I have invited a family member over for dinner who is allergic to potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, paprika and cayenne pepper. Most of the meals I do contain something from that list.

Are there any nice meals I can do which don't contain them.

Thank you

Roast Chicken, season with a little salt and a squeeze of lemon, shove the squeezed lemon into the cavity along with some fresh herbs.

Roast some mixed veg such as celery, courgette, mushrooms, sweet potato chunks, green beans (anything you fancy and guest can eat) drizzle on some olive oil and roast until tender.

Make some cous cous, I use a veggie or chicken stock cube in the boiling water.

Or, if you have a slow cooker, cook the chicken in the slowcooker and when cooked lift out. Use the cooking juices to hydrate/cook the cous cous.

That's a nightshade allergy. You just need to google "nightshade free recipes"
