Can anyone recommend any? I love getting meal ideas from them

Minimalist Baker and Vegan Richa are good, both vegan but nice normal food.

101 cookbooks is great, very healthy, often a bit too much for me! But I've got some all time favourites from her :)

I also love smitten kitchen - not veggie, but she often does veggie stuff or suggests a veggie option (she used to be veggie herself)
