What sort of healthy food will fatten up my 2 very skinny dds?

They are like little skeletons, what could I beef then up with?

Maybe they're just meant to be skinny, if they are eating well and healthily. Are you and your dh quite petite people? It could be genetic...

If you're really worried that they are underweight, I'd ask a doctor for help and advice, or a hv if they are of that age (under 5 I think).

I think Roseylea has a point. DS is a real skinny malink. Neither DH nor I are (although DH was slim as a child). After some panic induced by the HVs, I decided that I should be glad that DS is thin and healthy - far better than being a podge like me! Actually, I'm quite jealous of him. He can eat anything - and I mean, anything! - and he's still slim and lovely.

Dp is petite, it is the way they are meant to be, but they look like ive locked then up in a capboard without any food for a month
They are 6 and 9, I thought I might be able to feed them up over the Xmas holidays!
