Done, question 13 doesn't really work, it needs an "other, write in" option

DOne, although there wasn't an option for 'never do a big shop' which I don't (I pass most supermarkets on way home from work so average 2 medium sized shops a week).

It should also be clearer on the 1-10 scaled things which was which as I found it a bit confusing.

Done, but I found the questions about buying unhealthy food somewhat disingenuous...
