Wanting to try it this week does anyone have a good authentic recipe?

Not sure if you will find an authentic recipe. Singapore noodles don't really exist in Singapore.

I meant authentic as in similar to one you would get at a Chinese take away

I think this is closer to the one that you may find in a Chinese restaurant or takeaway. It uses rice noodles. Just leave the meat out for a veggie version.
