What to do with a load of stewing steak?

I ordered too much stewing steak from the butchers and was too embarrassed to say anything so I just paid and bought it!

I make a good beef stew and every other weekend I batch cook and freeze my meals for the week but there is too much to use it all for beef stew, I'll be eating it for months!

What else can I do with it?

Or has anyone got a beef stew with a twist recipe?

Sort of Italian beef stew with chopped tomatoes, basil, garlic, cream, herbs, onions ... Just shove it al in together. I do this with chicken, it's so easy and really tasty.

Or a big steak pie

What about goulash?

I make spag Bol with stewing steak because I don't like the texture of mince, it's much nicer. Aldo make extra stew and turn it in to cottage pie

A proper American chilli uses stewing steak - I've never done it but it sounds nice.

If you know someone with a dehydrator it makes pretty good jerky/biltong

Beef goes really well with Moroccan spices as well - marinated in harissa paste, fried off and then slow cooked with dried apricots, chickpeas, raisins and almonds in spiced beef stock (onions, turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, garam masala).

Hugh FW's Shin of Beef with Ginger and Soy. I make this with stewing beef instead of shin and it's amazing.
NOTE, I think the soy quantity is a misprint as 150ml is a whole bottle! I use about 3-4 tablespoons, which is plenty. Any more and I think we'd be dead.

I've got 5 x 1lb of stewing steak.
I'll probably use 2 lbs on my usual beef stew which leaves 3lbs for something else, or maybe 2 other dishes.
