My 2.3y old dd is not what I would call a bad eater but it's becoming harder to make her eat her veggies. She'll sort them out in her plate, which highly gets on my nerves. She has soups regularly, but I have to spoonfeed her otherwise she wouldn't touch it (I know...). She even sorted out the parsley in her rice today fgs ! Anything that basically in not white (except spuds, which she hates) goes in the bin.

oh but she loves tom sauce, so would pureeing carrots and other stuff in it work you think ?

was about to suggest hiding it in sauce - bolognese covers a mutlitide of veg in our house. Chopped fine and well cooked you may even get away without puréeing it.

will give it a try. But I'd also like her to know what she's eating iyswim, and stop looking disgusted when she sees a carrots in her plate. But maybe I'm asking for too much!
