Spiraliser recipes - what works for you?

Got one for christmas. Need to get cracking. Please come and tell me what you use yours for and give me some favorite recipes to try. If you spiralise things like sweet potato do you then have to cook them like pasta or what? Bit in the dark here...

I bought a spiraliser the other day and love it. The first thing I tried was spiralising a carrot and warming it through in a pan sprayed with oil, then adding a spiralised courgette, some soy sauce, Worcester sauce, ground ginger and seasoning. I then dropped some thin noodles into boiling water for a minute, drained them and added to the pan. I enjoyed this on it's own for a light lunch but with some fish or chicken it would be a good midweek main meal. Beetroot is good to spiralise for salads. I am still experimenting but can see possibilities for some good recipes ...... hopefully.

Any other inspiration? So far only done courgette carrots and cucumber.

We've only got as far as courgette to replace pastas. Need to expand my repertoire!

Watching with interest....I've only ever done courgetti.
