I need suggestions for healthy meals as I need to shift a massive post Christmas/mid menopause tummy and get back to size 10 me.
I have such difficulty in thinking of healthy meals so please give me your suggestions. This is what I gave come up with.
Breakfast:
porridge, with milk?, honey?
Muesli and semi-skimmed milk?
Boiled egg. Is toast ok? Can toast be buttered because I can't do spreads, they are vile.
Bacon? Is Atkins type theory out of favour or is bacon too processed or is it too high fat?
Lunch:
Today I had pate on cream crackers. About 7 or 8 of them. That's bad right?
Soup.
Err boiled egg, again.
Sardines on um, toast, buttered.
Dinner:
Today I had Stilton, walnuts and three mince pies. That's where I'm at and I need to do different. Like maybe....
Fish and veg.
Meat and veg.
See, no ideas. And I'm short of money, and I have three kids to feed too and they are very conservative about what they will consider eating.
