Has anyone got a recipe for pea and ham soup please?

Just that really. I am about to use up the last of the leftovers. Or is there anything else I can do with a smallish lump of oven roasted gammon?

I soak dried peas overnight an put a ham shank in with the peas and boiling water in the slow cooker.

Take off the fat when it is sliding off and that's about it.
