recipe for chicken mini fillets?

what can i make with chicken mini fillets for dinner tonight? preferably not curry...

Marinate in lemon or lime juice, peanut butter, chilli and garlic, then grill- kind of a satay.

We only ever use them in stir fry.

I hate cooking though, so not the best guide .

I'm making chicken pad Thai with them later, but we also sometimes bake or grill them and use as a chicken burger with some avocado and bacon.

Marinate in lemon, garlic and rosemary, or chilli. Grill, have with pitta and salad. Or chips and salad.

Breadcrumb, bake in oven serve with chips and salad.
Or season and have fajitas.

This isn't strictly speaking a recipe, but I roll mine in Colman's English Mustard powder and then fry them with a smidgeon of oil. Tastes lovely and it's healthy!
