Any ideas about what to do with it? I have a whole chicken and was thinking about just putting the garlic in with some butter to roast it... Does anyone have any more exciting ideas?

How about roasting it whole and squidging it onto crusty bread? Or flavouring mayonnaise with it.

Thanks Who a few of them look nice.

I have loads of Christmas cheese and veg to be used up so hoping for something that might use up a bit of that.

It's lovely in any pork casserole dish.

Cook along with swede in milk until soft and then blitz in the processor or mash - makes lovely smoked swede mash. I based it on this recipe, but left out the cream cheese www.thekitchn.com/autumn-recipe-creamy-smoky-whi-157478 and used the smoked garlic instead of smoked olive oil.
