Leftover veggies!

I've been collecting leftover veg in the fridge since Boxing day. Any ideas, what to do with it?

Cooked or uncooked? What state is it in?

What sort of veg?

All cooked. Seems fine, though maybe a little smelly...

If it was uncooked I would keep it but as it is cooked I would throw it away

If they are still okay, fry some shallots in a big shallow pan, chuck in the veg, get really hot and crisp then and add a couple of beaten eggs , a sort of frittata :)

ooh - maybe not if from Boxing Day - use your nose?

Yikes cooked over a week ago and smelly? Yup that's a bin situation.

Bin, they are 8 days old and already cooked. You needed to have used them within a day or two
