Would you use them? They are 12 months out of date but in their sealed bag.... What would you do?

I'm assuming the date is Best Before rather than Use By? (My Pank box has a BBE certainly) I'd definitely still use them.

Open them and check for mould etc, taste, then I'd use

If they are still sealed and dry I'd use them. You will see if there is mould or midges - if so bin them, otherwise if air has been kept out I'd think they were OK.

Thanks all, that's what I was thinking. They are tescos panko in a sealed plastic bag with a see through panel on the side. They look perfect from the outside. I will open them in the morning and give them a good inspection and a sniff etc. if they are not moldy or anything odd about them I wil, go ahead. What's the worst that could happen them?
