Hi everyone and Happy New Year.

I would like to share with you a piece of my story. A couple of weeks ago I signed to be host for a new app around food. I can host people in my place and cook for them. That's actually great.
Few days ago two guests booked my seats and my first reaction was...what can I cook... and I remembered my mother..she always says "keep simple!"

And this is what I cooked for them: STEACKS WITH MY MUM'S PUREE recipe :)

Puree recipe:

Potatos
Milk
Parmesan
Butter
Salt
Pepper

What is this STEACKS you speak of OP??? I must know! And was your mum annoyed when you nipped round and nicked her cheesy mash?

Hi - English might not be the poster's first language. In Portuguese speaking countries (and I think Spanish too bit I'm not sure) mash is called puree (not with my spelling though!)

In Italy we call puree :)
