Can anyone recommend any tasty good gf and df ready meals, I'd like to send a giftpack to some friends to help them out at the moment. Thanks

Have a look at the Ilumi ones www.ilumiworld.com - they are gluten and milk free and really are delicious.
When i first came across them i was a bit unsure because they come in heat-treated type pouches/trays but i'm really glad i tried them as they are fab - and really convenient - i keep some in the cupboard at all times.

If you prefer fresh or frozen ones then there is a range called Kirsty's which you can get in Asda, Sainsburys - and maybe some other supermarkets too

Amy's Kitchen is pretty good, especially the rice mac and cheeze. Not all of them are dairy free though.

Thanks for the illumiworld tip blondie. That'll help me and DH out no end!

The Ilumi ones are good in an emergency. I really like the Kirstys ones (which you can buy through Ocado, who are v good with gluten and dairy free labelling andd have a great range).
There is a company called 'Look what we Found' who do heat sealed pouches and most of their stuff is gf/df

The ilumiworld looks interesting, thanks. Will follow this up. Thank you both of you.

What a kind thought. Ocado sell some good fresh ready meals that are dairy free & GF. There are also accompaniments like falafel plus desserts like icecream. Don't forget almond milk. Maybe you could order online, take advantage of the 1st order special offer and get it delivered to their door.
