Doing lunch today I did my usual Paxo sage and Onion Stuffing. To make it more flavoursome I add a finely grated onion, some apple juice and some extra dried sage. For Christmas I tend to add sausage meat also. Doing all this made me realise that I might as well make the lot myself, there are manyrecipies on the net but has anyone got a recipe that they feel is really good that I can try?
