Made up a big batch of veggie pie filling and have frozen puff to make parcels. If I make these up with thawed pastry can I freeze the parcels uncooked? Or should they be cooked, cooled and frozen. Surely as pastry is only flour, butter and water it wouldn't be as risky as meat/fish etc. WWYD?
