Roast potatoes in an air fryer

I tried doing them like this today and they came out lovely. Problem is I can't fit enough for Christmas dinner in the fryer to do them all in one go.

I'm thinking of cooking them all the day before and then warming them in the oven on the day. Would this work or would it be a disaster, which seems to be my default setting when it comes to roasties?

Roasties don't really reheat well, they can be parboiled the day before and chilled ready to roast on the day.

I cook mine almost to the point that they are a little mushy and get the fat really hot then turn them every 15 minutes or so. They should be OK roasting whilst the turkey is in the oven and they can rest covered in foil whilst the turkey does.

Can I parboil them before putting them in an acti-fryer?

Not sure, never used an acti fryer
