sloe gin dessert

Am wanting to do Eton mess for one of the Christmas desserts, but was thinking of incorporating some sloe gin to make it a bit more festive. Any suggestions for what fruit to use or even a recipe I could follow? I would definitely appreciate it!!! Xx

Nice idea, I think that dark berry fruits or plums would work well with sloe gin.

That Eton Mess looks gorgeous. Cherries might work as well. Sainsbury's do frozen ones which would be a softer texture.
