I've unearthed an electric vegetable steamer that I forgot I had from the back of a cupboard and thought I might do the broccoli and cauliflower in it on Christmas Day. I've lost the instruction book though.
Can anyone that uses one give me an idea of how long it'd take to cook. All three tiers would just have broccoli/cauliflower in them. I've googled but am being told anything from 15-35 minutes.
