What can I use this 'festive bake mix' for?

Bought a packet of 'festive bake mix' from Aldi last year. It's still good to use but I have no idea what for! Have some spare time between now and Christmas smug face so would like to do some baking.

It's a mix of raisins, cranberries, cinnamon dusted Apple and almonds. The pack is 150g.

Someone help! My mind has gone blank.

What can I use this 'festive bake mix' for?

Try mixing it in to Vanilla Ice Cream. My SIL did a Frozen Christmas "Pud" in Australia 20 years ago and it was wonderful. Incorporate a bit of Rum or Brandy.

Stick it in a standard cake mix for lovely fruit sponge cupcakes or cake - dust lightly with flour to stop all sinking to bottom. Put in flapjack or cookie mix don't need to dust with flour
