What can I make with a tin of treacle?

I bought a tin of treacle for some unknown reason! No idea what I can make with it (other than toffee!). Anyone have any ideas/recipes please?

Gingerbread. [holds up plate hopefully]

We put a dessert spoon of treacle into chilli, it gives it that rich deep smoky flavour. So, we always have a tin on the go in the cupboard

Fab thanks! Am going to make gingerbread. It's black treacle. Great tip about adding it to chilli. I ruddy love chilli!

There are some good Marmalade recipes that include black treacle. Keep it until the Seville oranges come out after Christmas.
