alcohol free alternative to mulled wine

Hi,

I have friends coming over for mulled wine and mince pies.

I am breastfeeding and I have a friend coming who is driving so...

I am looking for a good alcohol free alternative to mulled wine. Something spicy and christmassy which will hopefully go well with mince pies

This is really nice.

Bottle Green did a Spiced Berry Cordial last year. It was lovely warmed up.

Aldi sell non alcoholic mulled punch at £1.69 a bottle. I bought some as I am breastfeeding.

Not strictly speaking Alcohol-Free, but we had Mulled Cider the other night at Church.

I think IKEA do a non alcoholic mulled wine type drink. Don't know if you want to risk a visit there at this time of year though!

Ooh, I just put this on another thread so apologies for anyone reading this twice, but this is the non-alcoholic fruit punch recipe I use. I do have a proper recipe with proper quantities somewhere but this is a rough guide:

Carton orange juice
Half carton pineapple juice
Half bottle ginger ale
Good few glugs of sparkling mineral water
Four cloves
Cinnamon stick
Slices of orange
Ice cubes

In a bowl with a ladle.

Ribena winter spice is lovely

Warm spiced apple juice is lovely - similar to mulled cider but without the alcohol :-)

I love the recipe so I think I'll give that a go!

My mulled wine is fabulous (even if I do say so myself) and is fortified with brandy and lots of spices. Its almost like alcoholic syrup once its done! haha!
