We've been having:
A lovely porridge for breakfast made with quinoa flakes, oats, ground almonds along with frozen blueberries and apple.
Mon lentil and veg pasta
Tues slow cooked lamb with pitta, hummus, veg
Weds mushroom risotto
Thurs lamb ragu prob just with some nice bread, slaw and a spinach and pickled date salad
Fri cauliflower soup
Sat lunch cauliflower soup and supper out
Sun shepherds pie (can you tell i had a giant piece of lamb this week?) then something casual for supper
