Fattening up my 8 month old!

So my lb is a pretty inconsistent eater. I went to see a dietitian and she advised me to add cream/cheese/egg etc to everything to add calories. I do this when possible. She also said to let him eat some 'unhealthy' foods and those containing sugar on occasion too. Which high calorie foods do you give your baby? I do yogurts, avocado, peanut butter, cream cheese, custard, rice pudding, pancakes. What else (other than feeding him lard or chocolate!) is high in fat but not too sugary?

I will also add that he does eat fruit/veg/protein too!!

Thanks x

Lots of bread? My DD loves peanut butter and banana sandwiches :)

Ooh that's a good combination. Think he'd like that. Will give it a go. Thank you!

I used to give my kids avocado and banana mashed together. Very nutricious - think it was from Annabel Karmel's book.
