Never cooked with the stuff before (and I know it's got Bad Things in it) but wow- made a sort of patty with c b and finely grated carrot and onion, made a stock from umami paste (a recent find- was v sceptical but adds fab depth of flavour) Tom purée and water, poured the one around the other, topped with poached egg and served with mash and broccoli.
Heaven.
