Leftover party food

We had a party today and there are a lot of leftover sandwiches. Does anyone know if homeless shelters etc can accept these or do they only take sealed items (tins, etc)? TIA

I think just sealed things that don't need to be fridged/frozen.

I can't get it there tonight but I can keep it refrigerated. Might still be worth a phone call tomorrow I guess. I just hate the idea of throwing them away! Maybe the neighbours will all want to take a packed lunch tomorrow!
