I'm looking to make a 10" rainbow vanilla sponge cake for my sons first birthday, so need a recipe where i can bake two x 10" square cakes at the same time (otherwise i fear i'll be baking for hours on end).
The more I'm researching online and in recipe books the more different recipes are confusing me.
Anyone have a tried and tested recipe?
