We live abroad and Dh went to Ikea today .
He saw a Cooked ham joint ( off the bone) and bought it so proud and happy, as I whinge that I can't get a gammon / ham joint to do Nigellas coke recipe which we both love !
It was not cheap and I honestly haven't got the heart to tell him that is cooked so all I could do is roast it off maybe with a coating ( honey or treacle/ etc .
Do any of you wonderful ladies have an idea as to how I could turn it into a similar NIgella in coke version . (Or what I could do to make it more 'interesting?) He was so pleased with himself as well !
