how long will non bake pop cakes made with cream cheese keep for?

That's it really. Want to make some this weekend for DS 's party be t Sunday. Not sure they will keep? Would I need to keep them in the fridge?

I wouldn't keep any cream cheese icing out of the fridge for any longer than a day or two to be honest-surely it will go rancid?
